Of course every family has their version of an heirloom and growing up in a really large Arab family, it’s a bit difficult to pass all of it around. But as with most Arab families, our heirlooms are mainly really big and bulky gold sets (made up of a necklace/statement piece, rings, bracelets and earrings). The only thing is, the more the years pass by and the more society advances, the less these bulky pieces fit with our current life style. This was when I decided to share my own modern version of heirloom pieces that no matter what time and age, the generations after me will be able to wear more easily and wear with every conceivable outfit and occasion.
So, collaborating with LoveGold on this project has really got me thinking that I should really invest in a timeless piece to pass down to my future family!
