Hey dolls, Hope everyone had a fab weekend.

So here’s the second half of my time spent in San Francisco which means its RACE DAY!

So let’s see, We were up and ready by 5 am.. A bit too early for my likening above it all it was freezing!! Soo trying to keep warm was a bit of an issue as we really couldn’t run all bundled and layered up.

Anyway seeing from the images, the sun was still not up and we had an hour and a half to kill, well we tried to stay warm by doing some warm ups and a few shots here and there wasn’t a big deal.

I was a bit nervous starting off, as it was my first half marathon and a great deal of people too! My highlights were; seeing all the great support from people, families, couples and children. One of the best signs I saw was “Run like there’s a Zombie behind you” So that was very motivating.

My legs felt like spaghetti by the time I reached 7 K, it was more like feeling the need to give up and just call the team to pick me up. But each time I would look back I would think “Hey I can beat these people” and kept on moving.

But nothing really can explain the feeling of crossing the finish line, it truly was an experience I wouldn’t trade the world for and by the looks of the pictures some of the girls will never forget it too! But I am not sure if I would be happy being proposed to all sweaty.. Oh well!
