Hey dolls, Have you guys checked out the freaky weather in Dubai lately? Its mid-summer and we do not have clear skies!?! Oh well still doesn’t mean that the heat isn’t draining our energy, I know it does with me.
So, having to restore any last bit of strength I have left in me to go for my endless meetings and some exciting projects, I booked a day at the spa with SensAsia Urban Spa, which is located at the Beach Club 1, The Palm Shoreline.
I took on the Very Berry Delicious treatment. It is a 90 minutes treatment, which started by a 60 minute Goji Berry Wrap while having a head massage. Then a 30 minute back Massage (let me tell you this IT WAS AMAZING!) She focused on my shoulders, which needed attention and I felt great after it.
Finally, after all of that, feeling fresh & smelling beyond berry, I was taken to the relaxing room. There were snacks, consisting of cucumbers and carrots, fresh carrot juice & of course for my entertainment, I had Harpers Bazaar & Emirates Women to look through.
