Hey Dolls, This is a post way over due. This is what I was up to for Eid. As you all know by now most of the malls were open 24 hours over the weekend and it just ended today. It was shopping heaven for most of us shopaholics.
Now, I was up for a challenge to go on a ’24 hours of just pure fun and activities’ with the help of DEPE. Thank you guys. They provided me with tickets to concerts and getting me to the top of Burj Khalifa just in time for sunrise.  Ok, so Rawdha and I started off with dinner in JBR the night before at La Dolce Vita. We watched the Eid parade then headed to The DollHouse to get our hair, nails and henna done for Eid Day. Well, you would normally think it would end there but we actually headed off to both Dubai and Mall of The Emirates at 2 am for some shopping and snacks.  The next day we spent our morning with the family as it is tradition to have lunch and collect Eidiya (money) from our families (that is the fun part). Then we decided to head to Al Bastakiya for a feel of Old Dubai. What a wonderful place and of course we had to rush to Trade center to get there in time for Enrique Iglesias’s Concert, what a great performer he was. The show ended around 11:30 and we decided to check out Global Village as they just opened up for Eid. We went shopping, ate and of course we went on the rides.
It dosen’t end here, we went straight to the Dubai Mall to check out the Pajama party that was happening at around 2 am, then watched a really late movie at 3:30, which ended just in time for the sunrise at The Top of Burj
Khalifa.  What an amazing experience that was. Well I won’t blabber on, hope you enjoyed my journey through my Instagram pictures I know most of you thought I was crazy for going through the experience whilst reading my tweets all night long. Oh well

Thank you again DEPE for giving Rawdha and I the opportunity to watch the Sunrise from the top of Burj Khalifa. It was a beautiful view!
